24-hour, 7-days-a-week respiratory therapy (RT) coverage, along with experienced nursing and frequent pulmonologist visits, make Heather Hill’s ventilator care one of the best-known programs in Northeast Ohio. The facility’s above-average quality rating from the Center’s for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS, July 2019) mean the clinical staff at Heather Hill manage clinically complex care while achieving positive patient outcomes.

Heather Hill offers on-site dialysis through a partnership with the Centers for Dialysis Care (CDC). Patients benefit from receiving dialysis at the site where they are living or rehabilitating because they are able to participate in therapy services and avoid long rides to dialysis. On-site dialysis offers the care you need, right where you are.

Heather Hill offers two units that care for patients with memory and cognitive impairments in a secure environment. Both units offer our Dolan Memory Care Programming, which focuses on personalized care plans; activities related to the individual’s life and interests; and, a calming environment that reduces behavioral disturbances related to dementia.

The 24-bed Secure Adult Male Behavioral Health Unit, which opened in Summer 2019, was designed to safely care for people experiencing a mental health crisis who would benefit from a calm, structured environment. The renovated unit features large picture windows, vaulted ceilings, an arcade game area, indoor smoking room, and beautiful views of Heather Hill’s expansive property and landscaped courtyard.
