A Heartfelt Letter to Our Staff

All of us at Heather Hill are so humbled to receive a letter like this from a recent resident. It touches our hearts to feel the true impact our care has on residents and families alike. We know that finding a long-term care facility or rehabilitation center can be difficult, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care.



"I have been a resident at Heather Hill since 2019. One thing I am grateful for is that Heather Hill helped me achieve a goal I didn't think I could reach on my own. I am now preparing to discharge to an Assisted Living and it's bittersweet to leave. The staff and residents here are my family and I know I always have a home here if I need it.

My favorite game to play is Bingo. My favorite staff member is Leah because she is an awesome caregiver with a huge heart. The thing I love the most about Heather Hill that sticks out to me is that when they say they will do something, they always follow through. I would recommend anyone who needs care to stay here. I know I would choose Heather Hill again if I had to!"
