Heather Hill's First Trunk-or-Treat: A Spooktacular Debut

Heather Hill's Management Team came together to host our very first Trunk-or-Treat, and it was an event to remember! The day began with our annual costume contest, a tradition that our residents adore. After crowning the costume champion, our team paraded through the facility, bringing Halloween cheer to every corner.



As the sun set, we prepared for the main event in perfect outdoor weather. The Trunk-or-Treat featured an abundance of candy, apple cider, snacks, and spine-tingling music, with a fun twist of voting for the best-decorated trunk. Our residents beamed with joy as they handed out candy to the local trick-or-treaters, and the experience was summed up beautifully by Lina C., who said, "Seeing the smile on their faces made my evening."



Special thanks go to two of our healthcare professionals from Bella Care Hospice and ViaQuest, who decorated their trunks and passed out candy, adding a special touch to the festivities. Already, we're looking forward to planning next year's spooky celebrations, knowing that this event has strengthened our community bonds and filled our hearts with warmth.
