May Employee of the Month

Melody Szapowal is our rockstar Employee of the Month for May at Heather Hill! Even though she just joined us last October, she's already wowed the team with her go-getter attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.



Reflecting on her journey into nursing, Melody cites her aunt, an LPN, as her inspiration, igniting her passion for a career devoted to helping others. When asked about her motivation, Melody emphasizes her belief in the ultimate resolution of challenges, a mindset that propels her forward each day with unwavering determination. Since she started here, Melody's really come into her own professionally, realizing that confidence is key.

When she's not on the clock, you can usually find her out fishing, hitting the trails for a hike, or kicking back with some video games. Looking ahead, Melody sees herself as a seasoned LPN in five years, armed with loads of experience and ready to take on whatever comes her way. With her can-do attitude and dedication to her craft, there's no doubt she'll continue to shine bright at Heather Hill!
