Becky's journey into healthcare began with a personal experience, learning to administer hemodialysis for her husband. Motivated by her newfound skills, she transitioned from a 19-year retail career to pursue a path of service in healthcare, driven by her desire to make a difference in people's lives.



What sets Becky apart is her commitment to helping others. At Heather Hill, she finds fulfillment in the warm atmosphere cultivated by residents and staff alike. Her advice to current and future healthcare workers reflects her values of empathy and integrity, emphasizing the importance of taking pride in one's work and treating each individual with dignity and compassion.

Outside of work, Becky embraces the joys of nature, relishing in outdoor activities like hiking and basking in the sun. She treasures moments spent exploring new places with her children and quality time with loved ones.
