June Employee of the Month

Vicky is deserving of this award because she has been an outstanding and dedicated team member. She is energetic, caring and respectful. When nominating Vicky, her coworkers shared that she always goes above and beyond what is expected of her. They love how she is always pleasant, communicates effectively and is easy to work with.



Victoria has worked at Heather Hill since 2012 and has been in healthcare for 15 years. "I chose to work in healthcare after my car accident. I wanted to give back and help people the way my doctors and nurses took care of me," shared Victoria. Her favorite part about her job is taking care of the residents and helping them. Victoria loves working in our memory care unit. She does a great job making the residents feel comfortable and at home.
