September is here, and summer is coming to a close! We are getting into the fall mood with themed crafts and activities this month at Heather Hill!

This month, our residents are looking forward to the Party in the Park on the 20th at our own Chardon City Square. They're also looking forward to the fall outing, where we'll drive through Holden Arboretum with an end stop at Patterson Fruit Farm!
